Legal
Privacy policy
ADAS Services LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information through adasservices.com, our booking and customer portals, and our connection to QuickBooks Online.
Effective September 10, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request or manage an appointment, apply for or use a customer account, or otherwise do business with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company and billing information, service details, appointment information, vehicle information such as a VIN, and messages or notes you submit.
We also maintain staff and customer account information, encrypted or hashed authentication credentials, necessary session cookies, and basic technical or security logs such as IP address, browser, timestamps, and request activity.
QuickBooks information
When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, we receive authorization tokens and company identifiers. We use the connection to find or create customer records, read product or service items, create invoices for approved work, and read invoice details and payment status. Locally retained invoice information is limited to operational details such as identifiers, invoice number, amount, balance, due date, status, and synchronization timestamps; we do not copy individual payment transactions.
QuickBooks credentials are never provided to us. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting stops future access but does not delete customers, invoices, or other records already present in QuickBooks.
How we use information
We use information to schedule and perform services, communicate about appointments and accounts, administer customer and staff access, prepare and reconcile invoices, maintain business records, secure and improve the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
When we share information
We share information only as needed with vendors that support our operations, such as website and database hosting, email delivery, security services, and Intuit QuickBooks; with professional advisers; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. These providers may use information only to provide their services or as permitted by their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including operational, tax, accounting, warranty, security, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and choices
The site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep authorized staff and customers signed in. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may block cookies in your browser, but account features may then stop working.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. An authorized administrator may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the application settings or from QuickBooks.
Children
This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. To ask a privacy question or submit a request, use our contact page.
