Every appointment includes a full pre-scan and post-scan, so you leave with evidence that the systems pass — not just an assurance that they should.

What we offer

Durations below are the time reserved in the bay. If a vehicle turns out to need more, we will tell you before we start.

  • Forward camera calibration, static and dynamic

    2 hrs 30 min

    Some manufacturers, including Subaru EyeSight and several Honda, Nissan and Toyota models, require a static target calibration followed by a dynamic road-test calibration. Both are done in one visit, with pre-scan and post-scan reports.

  • 360° surround-view calibration

    2 hrs

    Calibration of the surround-view camera system after a mirror, tailgate, grille or camera is replaced. Done in our bay on pattern mats, with pre-scan and post-scan reports.

  • Backup camera calibration

    1 hr

    Calibration of the rear camera and its guide lines after a tailgate, trunk lid or camera replacement. Many vehicles need no calibration here - call with the VIN and we will check before you book.

    Calibration of the LiDAR sensor used for collision avoidance and driver assistance. Coverage varies by vehicle, so call with the VIN before booking.

    Resets the steering angle sensor after a wheel alignment or steering or suspension repair. Included at no charge when a calibration we perform requires it.

Included in every job

The four parts of a complete calibration

  • 1

    Calibrate

    Static and dynamic calibration performed to the manufacturer's published procedure, on level floor with controlled lighting, correct target distances and verified tire pressures.

  • 2

    Diagnose

    Full-system scan before and after every job. We identify fault codes, wiring and installation faults, and the alignment issues that stop a calibration from completing.

  • 3

    Program

    VIN-specific module programming and initialization for replaced components, so a new camera or radar module behaves exactly as the original did.

  • 4

    Verify and document

    You leave with a report showing the pre-scan, the procedure followed, and the post-scan confirming the system passed. That record matters for insurers and for liability.

  • Windshield replacement or repair on a camera-equipped vehicle
  • Any collision repair, however minor
  • Wheel alignment or suspension work
  • Ride height changes, including new springs or larger tires
  • Bumper, grille or mirror removal and refitting
  • Camera, radar or sensor replacement
  • Airbag deployment
  • Steering angle sensor replacement or reset
  • Body control or ADAS module replacement
  • A dash warning light for lane keeping, cruise or collision warning

What to expect when you arrive

  1. Step 1

    Book online

    Pick the service, choose a time that suits you, and tell us about the vehicle. You get an immediate confirmation - the slot is yours.

  2. Step 2

    Pre-scan and inspection

    We scan every module and check the things that make calibrations fail: tire pressures, fuel level, ride height, alignment and prior repairs.

  3. Step 3

    Calibration

    Static targets in the bay, a road procedure, or both - whatever the manufacturer specifies for that vehicle and system.

  4. Step 4

    Post-scan and report

    A second full scan confirms the systems pass, and you receive the documentation for your records or your insurer.
